History

Established in 1973, the Somerset Inn has been providing upscale accommodations and unparalleled customer service for more than 35 years. Believe it or not, the average room rate was $52 per night when the hotel opened, and was built to accommodate out-of-town travelers venturing to the Somerset Mall, as it was referred to at that time, providing the most luxurious shopping in Michigan. The Inn has since expanded to offer newly remodeled suites and guest rooms, as well as premier banquet and conference center facilities.
